Thomas Becker has lived in Southern Illinois his whole life, currently residing in Carbondale. As a legacy student, coming from two SIU alums, Thomas obtained a bachelor's degree in business economics and marketing with minors in finance and management. He transitioned into a graduate assistantship while completing his Master of Business Administration at SIU. Since 2019, Thomas has served as the Employer Relations Coordinator in the Business Placement Center, and currently serves as the staff advisor for the student organization, Business Leadership Council. He has served on the SIU Civil Service Council since May 2022. At the moment, Thomas is pursuing a Doctorate in Education to expand his experience in higher education. In his free time Thomas enjoys spending time with his four rescue cats (Catilie, Elton John, Kitty Gaga, and Lizzo) or attending concerts.

Reagan Basso is from the small town of Sesser, Illinois. She is pursuing a dual degree in Business Analytics and Finance with an expected graduation date in May 2026. During her time at SIU, she participates in multiple RSOs including Saluki Student Investment Fund, Business Leadership Council, and American Marketing Association. After graduation, Reagan plans to get a job in the healthcare industry doing analytics. Reagan enjoys spending time with her two doodles, Hank and Chief.

Caitlin Czubernat is from Plainfield, Illinois. She is pursuing a degree in Finance with minors in Accounting and Business Management with an expected graduation date in May 2025. During her time at SIU, she participates in many RSOs including Business Leadership Council and Saluki Ambassadors. After Graduation, Caitlin plans to move south and get a job in the banking industry, perhaps as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Caitlin’s favorite music genre is country music, and she enjoys attending concerts.

Garrett Kepley is from Monticello, Illinois. He is a Finance major with an expected graduation date in May 2024. He is a member of the Saluki Student Investment Fund and serves as a sector analyst in the Consumer Discretionary sector. He is an active member of a church small-group for college-aged students. After graduation, Garrett plans to work as a financial analyst. Garrett enjoys golfing with friends as well as watching the Saluki basketball team when he’s not showing off his juggling skills.

Emily White is from the small town of Cobden, Illinois. She is pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Finance with an expected graduation date in May 2025. Emily is an active member of several student organizations including Student Alumni Council, Business Leadership Council, and CoBA Ambassadors. After graduation, Emily plans to continue her education at SIU to obtain an M.B.A. Emily enjoys kayaking and walks with her dog, Maggie.
